The IMDT Master Trainer pathway represents the highest instructor level within the association. It is designed for senior educators who develop other trainers and help bring them to an advanced, consistent level of instructional capability.

Master Trainers are responsible for developing, mentoring and evaluating trainers who work in remote, off-road, expeditionary and other demanding vehicle environments. Their role is not only to teach advanced skills, but to strengthen the quality and consistency of instruction delivered by others.
